A general contractor
for buildings that last.

We started 312 Master Construction with a simple rule: keep every trade in-house, so the same crew that frames a wall is the one that closes it up.

Twelve years and a few hundred jobs later, that rule still runs the shop. We work on Chicago two-flats and graystones, restore century-old brick, swap furnaces in January and replace roofs in July — all under one license, one insurance certificate, and one project manager who answers the phone.

From site visit
to sign-off.

    Walkthrough

    A licensed contractor visits the property within 48 hours. We measure, photograph, and listen. No subcontracted estimators.

  2. 02

    Itemized estimate

    You receive a line-item proposal with materials, labor, timeline, and a fixed total — usually inside three business days.

  3. 03

    Permits & schedule

    We pull every permit the City requires and book the crew the same week the contract is signed. You get a calendar, not a guess.

  4. 04

    Execution

    One project manager runs the job from demolition to punch list. Daily site cleanup. Photo updates. Real names, real phones.

  5. 05

    Sign-off & warranty

    Final walkthrough, lien waivers, and a written warranty on workmanship. We come back if something needs to be made right.
